The combination of terrain, climate, extensive network of secondary roads, cycling culture, small picturesque villages and the Provencal lifestyle make Provence a great place to ride and explore.  Our shop, La Route du Ventoux is located in Bedoin at the start of the southern route up Mt Ventoux, "le Geant de Provence".  The ascent of Mont Ventoux is one of the classics of professional cycling and the area around Mt Ventoux offers some of the best road cycling in the world.

Convenience:

You can pick-up your bike at our shop or we can deliver it to your hotel or rental accommodation.  You can also rent a bike rack for your rental vehicle which will give you the freedom to ride in a wide variety of locations thoughout southern France.

Bikes:

NEW THIS YEAR!   TREK carbon and aluminum road and hybrid bikes!  With our rental stock of more than 130 new or previous model year Scott, Trek and Lynskey bikes we have a model and size to satisfy any requirement. 

Choice:

You can choose a titanium, carbon or aluminium frame road bike, aluminum touring or an aluminium frame hybrid bike and Shimano or Campagnolo components in the carbon road bikes.   We also have 2 Canondale road tandems.

Everything is provided: 

You can minimize your luggage requirements as each rental bike comes with a repair kit for tires, pump, computer, a choice of pedals and a helmet if required.  All you need to bring is your shoes.

Knowledge of the Area: 

The owners are all experienced and avid road bikers themselves and can provide you with suggestions for routes and the best areas to ride.
