Deposits & Payments

We require a 40% deposit to reserve a bike. Deposits and payments can be made on-line. A deposit of 40% is required in order to secure your booking. Payment in full is required ten days before the start of the rental period. In the event that a booking is made thirty or fewer days prior to the start of the rental period, the full amount is due at the time of booking. If we do not receive a deposit within that time, the rental will be assumed to have been cancelled. Additionally, for rentals of all our bikes, a security deposit is required to be provided upon receipt of the bike. Deposit will apply (the amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card at the time of rental pickup, but not debited from your account). This amount will be blocked on your credit card at pick-up time. Deposit will be used for extra charges (e.g. damages, extra-day,etc.). Note that deposit release time can be up to 7 days depending on banks and countries .More information on deposit amounts can be found on our Rental Rates page.
